RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please read entire Policy before sending us an email to email@example.com notifying us of your desire to return or exchange.
Our policy lasts 7 days from Date of Delivery.
We accept returns for full refunds on regular priced merchandise. To be eligible for return, merchandise must be returned unworn and unwashed with all tags and original packaging attached.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
DO NOT send your purchase back to the sender’s address in Costa Rica. A US address will be provided.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are processed within 7-15 business days of receiving your items.
Please allow 5-7 business days after the refund has been processed for the funds to reflect on your bank or credit card statement. The processing time is dependent on your bank or credit card provider. If you have any question regarding the settlement of your refund, we encourage you to contact your bank or credit card directly.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, let us know in your email.
DEFECTS OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. Please be sure to inspect your items within 3 days of receiving your delivery for defects and issues.
All defects and issues must be notified via email within that 3 day window, and must include order number and images of the issue.
We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period of time, removed tags, washed or worn it.
